Each building at Pier Pointe is 3 stories high and contains 6 units. Please note that elevators are not available at this location.

Pier Pointe 6A1 comes with a beach-side covered deck with Adirondack chairs and snack tables - to make things even more convenient, the deck is accessed directly from the living area. There is also a street-side deck with the same seating options, so you have plenty of options to choose from!
The condo has a dining area and a kitchen with everything you'll need including two complete sets of flatware and serving silverware!
Master Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Element 24-inch ROKU Intelligent LED TV, full bathroom with an additional-huge hottub tub, separate stall shower and two-sink vanity.
Bedroom #2 has 2 captain-type twin beds (one of which is additional long) with storage beneath and an Element 24-inch ROKU Intelligent LED TV. This room has access to a full bathroom in the hallway with a stall shower.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly units are allowed with a 2-nighttime minimum (Year-Round).
