Roomy waterfront home accommodating up to 12 guests. Features a boat dock and is just 2 blocks from the pristine white sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Two separate units offered together that are ideal for families or friends.

Bogue Sound is a tidal body of water. At low tide there is less than a few feet of water at the end of the dock. Guests must bring their own dock lines and bumpers. Due to the tidal nature of the sound, we cannot guarantee there is enough water to accommodate your boat.

We follow our cancellation procedures and do not issue refunds outside of policy. We strongly recommend travel insurance. You will receive information on how to purchase travel insurance after booking.

A valid photo ID and signed vacation rental agreement is required to complete booking.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Find your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserve your Havelock rental in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to add vacation insurance.   • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to drive future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your experience find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
