Ground Level: Giant open Den with TV and Couch. Full Bath. Separate exit to ocean. Bedroom #1 has 2 Twins. Paved driveway and covered parking. Hot & Cold enclosed outside shower. Level One: Living Area has direct access to the Ocean deck. Generous dining area. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and bar seating. Bedroom #2 with Queen. Full Bath. Level Two: Master Bedroom #3 with King & Private bath with whirlpool tub.Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #4 with Queen. Bedroom #5 with 2 Twins. Shared Bath. Open Deck with Chairs is also on this level. DOGS ACCEPTED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Units Only; Monthly Units Not Supplied); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
