Or follow the walkway to the handsome, white, sandy beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, or collect seashells! This condominium offers a comfortable living room that is great for calming or cooling down after a busy day at the beach. Or better yet, bring the family’s favorite DVD along and stretch out on the couch to watch a good movie on the mounted flatscreen TV!


Allow yourself to be swept away by the beautiful vistas of the ocean and feel the invigorating sea breeze as you relax on the open-air balcony just off the living room. The completely equipped kitchen, with all major and modest appliances, makes cooking for the family a breeze. Don’t forget: the courtyard has shared charcoal grilles for those enchanting family barbecues. You'll have great dinner conversations after a fun day at the beach or other area attractions! Gather the family around the dining table with seating for six. If you need additional seating, there are breakfast bar stools available, so everybody can join in on the fun!


When it’s time for lights out, you'll have three bedrooms to take advantage of. The primary room has an en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower, the first guest room has two twin beds and a TV and DVD player, ideal for the kids, and the second guest room has a queen bed, a TV and Blu-ray player, and an en-suite half-bath. Don’t forget to say goodnight on the private oceanfront balcony! The private laundry room, with a full-size washer and dryer, is located in the front screened-in entry, so you can keep everybody looking their best during your stay. The complimentary WIFI makes it simple for you to post your favorite vacation memories to your social media accounts. When to visit & When to book:

  • To find the best rental within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to compel more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
