Overlooking private beaches, Sand Villa offers attractively appointed two and three bedroom condominiums, each complete with washer/dryer and walk-in shower. Play tennis on their lighted courts then arrange a tee time for you at one you their 12 close by golf courses. Unwind in an indoor or outdoor pool and hot tub.

Sands Villa 519 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Fifth Floor Oceanfront Condo. Being located on the top floor of the Sands Villa complex, you are included with unique vistas that are beautiful and stand above the rest. This condo has a nice sized dining room, entirely supplied kitchen, living room with ample seating and a flat screen TV, balcony access.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Rachel Carson Reserve. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
