- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best value, shift your family's Havelock vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
- In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
