This is Atlantic Beach 1st floor studio condo is located just 50 steps from the complex to the beach! The property has a grassy recreation area and PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to a Pristine SECLUDED BEACH for the enjoyment of peaceful strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. There is also a coastal bicycle path for exhilarating jogs, bicycle rides, or walks. The units in this resort have individual entrances, so you do not need to walk through a lobby or any enclosed area to access your unit. Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building. The interior features a queen size bed, a full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

The location of this unit within this Beachfront Complex is on the 1st floor in the breezeway that leads to the beach access points. This unit does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. You can savor Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Free WiFi is included for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this apartment is near theme parks and on the waterfront. Country Club of the Crystal Coast and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. Get the most from your rental home budget:

• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Havelock area. To get the best value, shift your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, , and reduced traffic.
• Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
• Property management companies often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
