This appealing 4-bedroom 2-bathroom Emerald Isle home is a true gem! Come stay in Atlantic Emerald and savor everything this home has to offer! This home is nearly Oceanfront and is just across the street from our extraordinary beach!

Level One: This home has a great open floorplan with a living space that features everything you need. An refreshed kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens up to a dining space and oversees a living room with a TV. This area also opens up to a sizable deck area with outdoor seating. Bedroom #1 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. This Level also has a full bathroom.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin beds. Bedroom #4 has a King bed with private deck access. This level also has a full bathroom.

Linens and Towels Included with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with the All Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays – No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Finding your perfect rental:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
