Unwind in the cavernous living room furnished for comfort and entertainment. Appreciate gourmet meals in the adjacent dining area with expansive beach vistas. Three comfortable bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private balcony and en suite bath, offer ideal spaces for relaxation.

Outside, savor salty breezes and expansive beach vistas from your private balcony, or relax at the community pool and grille area. With direct ocean access, indulge in beach activities like sandcastle-building and water sports such as surfing and kayaking.

Whether appreciating leisurely walks along the shore or hosting Bar-B-Que gatherings, Beachwalk 205 promises memorable beachfront living against a backdrop of striking sunsets.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking your Havelock vacation home in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection.
