This freshly refreshed getaway features three bedrooms and two and a half baths, offering comfort and style for up to six guests. The modern kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Unwind in one of the two inviting living spaces, ideal for family gatherings or peaceful evenings. The huge primary suite has an updated walk-in shower, providing a opulent experience. Two additional bedrooms share an updated bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. For entertainment, the bungalow includes a ping-pong table, foosball table, corn hole, and bocce ball set, offering countless fun for all ages. Appreciate the tranquility of Pine Knoll Shores and make memorable memories at this beautiful bungalow.

1 King Bed, 2 Twin Beds, and 1 Pyramid Bunk (Double on bottom and Twin on top)

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Havelock area. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection.   • Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let thieves ruin your holiday.
  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a terrific time? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
