Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are allowed on the premises. The F Building is directly in front of the outdoor pool. It¡s also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!

Covered balcony sheltered from hot afternoon sun with Patio Furnishings is just off the living area. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher, constructed-in microwave, smooth-top range, toaster & refrigerator with door filtered ice water & ice maker. Master Bedroom with vaulted ceiling has a Queen Bed, Color TV and a Ceiling Fan. Full Bath.

UPSTAIRS: Spiral Stairs lead to the 13¡x17¡ Loft Bedroom with vaulted ceiling and sky lite has 2 Twin Beds, Ceiling Fan. TV with DVD and a Mirrored walk-in closet. Full Bath.
