Bring your boat and come relax, play, and watch striking sunsets from this 4 bedroom / 2 bath home. This home has four roomy bedrooms - 3 bedrooms have king beds, the fourth one has a queen sized bed. All the bedrooms have intelligent TV's. There is even an upstairs loft, that has a daybed. Ideal place to let the kids sleep and play! Two bedrooms share a full bathroom, with painless walk in access to shower. Both bathrooms have been refreshed with new showers and vanities. The living area has plenty of seating, along with a humongous 60" intelligent TV. The living room opens up to a giant trex deck, where you can relax, savor a nice glass of wine and watch the sunset. There is a giant backyard for kids to run and play! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, nice huge bar for gatherings. The cavernous deck leads to the boat dock, where you can dock your boat and access the sound for fun on the water or catching the catch of the day! There is a fish cleaning station located on the dock with access into the water. The dock has lighting for nighttime fishing. There is an outdoor shower located under the home. Under the home there is additional seating, when you need a break from the sun and want a nice cool breeze! Plenty of parking - this home can accommodate up to 4 cars. The property also has 3 security cameras for your protection, 1 at front door, 2 at back deck, and the 3rd is located under home.
