Every item was handpicked with relaxation and convenience in mind. You will want for nothing more while visiting at this 5 bedroom, 4 Full Bath, and 1 Half Bath oceanfront masterpiece.

As a member of our Blue Pearl collection, By the Boardwalk provides an upgraded linen package, with the beds made for you, and comes with a heated pool (may be heated upon request for $625/week), a hot tub, and an elevator. Walking to the upper floors of By the Boardwalk you will appreciate countless ocean vistas on each level with huge oceanfront windows in the living area and access to the outdoor covered decks. When not taking in the handsome vistas of the Crystal Coast you can savor a calming time at the pool. This home is ideal for a family to spend time with each other, but still have their own space. Access all levels of this home using the convenience of an Elevator.

Ground Level: On this level, you will also have direct access to a the grille private pool and hot tub. Beach access is just steps away, right outside back gate.

Level One: This level is equipped with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV and private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, TV and access to the oceanfront deck. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, TV and access to the oceanfront deck. Bedroom #2 and #3 share the hall bath.

Level Two: The main kitchen and living area with access to enchanting vistas on the oceanfront deck, is found here. There is plenty of seating for all your family and friends with a dining table and bar seating to enjoy a delicious meal cooked in the entirely equipped kitchen. This open floor plan home makes it painless to entertain the crowd this home can comfortably hold. There is a half bath on this level and also a cover deck opposite of the ocean front to catch a glimpse of life in the town of Atlantic Beach.

Level Three: This level features two more bedrooms. You will find Bedroom #4 has a King Bed with a private bath and TV with a covered oceanfront deck. Bedroom #5 has 2 Twin beds with TV and private bathroom.

Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful stay? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
