Conveniences include: Central Air and Heat, Shared Exterior Washer/Dryer, a Microwave, an Outdoor Shower, Open and Covered Decks, with 4 Rocking Chairs, Beach Chairs, a Park-Style Charcoal Grille, dishwasher, a Blender, a Crock Pot, a Color Cable TV, and a DVD Player.
