This home has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. There is also a roomy office, laundry room with utility sink, and 4 outdoor balconies. The home has a completely outfitted kitchen and an adjoining dining area.

This is a no smoking property.

We would appreciate if guests would remove shoes at the front door or downstairs in the garage area to minimize sand brought into the home.
