Top floor oceanfront condo with striking vistas. Two Bedroom, (*Q*Q*) Two Bath unit. Living Area and Master Bedroom both have beautiful Ocean vistas with separate decks. Cozy rockers on the main deck to savor your morning coffee or the gorgeous evening sunset. Well-appointed kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and other modest appliances. New enormous capacity washer and dryer. Three flat screen TVs, wireless high-speed Internet, DVD player. Central Air/Heat, and ceiling fans throughout. Unit is just steps from the elevator access. Building has walkway for simple beach access with outdoor shower area and Gazebo with sitting area. Unit has iron, ironing board, drying rack and suitcases shelf in BR closets. 2 parking spots allowed. Outdoor swimming pool, kids’s playground area, lighted tennis courts, Pickle Ball Court, Cornhole Boards, Basketball Court, Putting Green, Firepit Area, outdoor grilles. Quick access to the city bicycle trail at the property entrance. Grocery stores, eateries and other shopping within blocks. Security gate access. Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is on the beach. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market.
