Property Lay Out:
A roomy third floor great room comfortably seats 32 and features a completely outfitted kitchen with all new Cafe appliances, dining area, wet bar, fireplace, full bath and a sky deck with wrap around vistas of the ocean, sound, channel and Bear Island.  The third floor king bedroom opens to the sky deck. All 3 levels are accessed by elevator and stairs.

The second story has a sizable oceanfront walk out deck, 6 bedrooms (five king/one queen) each with private bathrooms (one wheelchair accessible),  five with ocean vistas and walk out decks that step down to the private pool.

The ground level entry with elevator to all three stories makes check in a breeze! Features: rec room with wet bar and full pull out couch, two king bedrooms, bathroom and bunk room with 3 sets of twins.

• The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property management companies typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
• Lock your vacation home while you're out and about. Protect your property!
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
