The living and dining areas are equipped with many enormous windows which maximize your view and give you a expansive view of the ocean while you and your family savor quality time together. The well-equipped kitchen is supplied with everything you need to prepare meals and gather for meals during a day of fun in the sun. The open deck has a picnic table and outdoor seating so be sure to take advantage of drinking your morning coffee or appreciating the sunset while feeling the ocean breeze. The private walkway to the beach takes you over the dunes for simple access to the beach, and there is an inviting cabana at the end of the walkway that is covered to appreciate some time in the shade overlooking the ocean. This property is ideal for friends and family that adore the beach and what to take full advantage of their vacation here on the Crystal Coast. This duplex property is unique in the fact that there are no shared walls. Conveniences include: Central air & heat, Dishwasher, Washer & dryer, Microwave, 3 Color cable TVs, Wireless internet and a Gas grille. This property rents on a weekly basis only from Saturday to Saturday. NO SMOKING, DOGS ACCEPTED (2 dog max.).
