The location to the beach is unbeatable and the people are very friendly! Our property has everything you need to make your vacation a memorable experience! Tons of activities. NC Aquarium, Beaufort, Morehead City, and the Atlantic Beach Circle just to name a few.
Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" between guests as there is no enclosed lobby and there is an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The overhead satellite photo show how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

The interior features a queen bed, full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and 400mbps WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

This is a beachfront complex but your unit is located on the outward side of the building facing neighboring complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. Have the convenience of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can appreciate Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

A pest control company is contracted to treat the entire complex on a regular basis. We are in a coastal region by the water so you may still encounter a bug or two during your stay. Please be assured that the unit has been cleaned thoroughly before your stay.

Secure Free WiFi is included for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
• Booking websites usually offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
