The location to the beach is unbeatable and the people are very friendly! Our property has everything you need to make your vacation a memorable experience! Tons of activities. NC Aquarium, Beaufort, Morehead City, and the Atlantic Beach Circle just to name a few.
Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" between guests as there is no enclosed lobby and there is an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The overhead satellite photo show how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.
The interior features a queen bed, full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and 400mbps WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.
This is a beachfront complex but your unit is located on the outward side of the building facing neighboring complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. Have the convenience of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can savor Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).
There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.
A pest control company is contracted to treat the entire complex on a regular basis. We are in a coastal region by the water so you may still encounter a bug or two during your stay. Please be assured that the unit has been cleaned thoroughly before your stay.
Secure Free WiFi is supplied for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.
Ideal hideaway for a charming weekend, or a family getaway ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the ocean waves .... walk the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the kids ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our ocean waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... Jet-ski or Parasail ... take a jog, or ride your bicycle on the new Atlantic Beach bicycle trail ... feel the wind through your hair on the new Cape Lookout ferry... check out the wild Spanish ponies of Shackleford Banks.... take the kids to the new Atlantic Beach recreation park... and don't forget the marvelous NC Aquarium!

Tips and Tricks to get the optimal Havelock rental experience:
Get the best rental home value:
- Summer months are high season in the Havelock area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
- Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Havelock area visitors guides which often include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Havelock visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Planning, selecting, and booking the bestvacation home:
- To start, have your group agree to the best dates and a spending budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Seaside Escape_Pool_Kitchen_Direct Beach Access has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Havelock rental home search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is commonly accessible online. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property manager before booking the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks.
- Does your group require particular amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the best rental.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.
- Some rental properties allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask your host about allowable breeds and types before booking.
More considerations for your visit:
- Take a copy of the property manager's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property.
- To make certain damages aren't linked to your family's stay, note any problem areas upon check in. Contact the rental manager immediately to relay any damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors bothering your peace and quiet. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Lock your vacation home while you're out. Keep your property safe!
- At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to propel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
