Originally the Captain's Bridge Motel in the 1970s, the interior has been Entirely Remodeled in 2019 to a Stylish Modern Design. Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c and heating system. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.
The interior of the building has been entirely refreshed into a classy modern condo in 2019. It is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, full size couch sleeper, kitchenette w/ appliances, bespoke tile shower, SMART TV, and WiFi. PRIME OCEANFRONT LOCATION! Panoramic Ocean Vistas directly from your unit. Savor your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the wraparound shared balcony seating area or walk to either of the two Gazebos to feel the Fresh Ocean Breeze. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.
Please note that this unit's shower has been updated. We elected to provide a full size shower and due to space considerations we took out the bathroom vanity. The kitchen sink serves as the only sink in the unit. We have found this an appropriate use of the space, but we want guests to know ahead of time.
There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.
Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is right across the street and Food Lion is just a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.
Ideal hideaway for a charming weekend, or a family getaway ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the ocean waves .... walk the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the kids ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our ocean waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... About the Area
Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to reserve a Havelock rental & When to go:
- June, July, and August are high season in the Havelock area. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring is a great way to save on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes.
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Some property management companies offer promotional rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
