Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Wet Bar. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds and Flat Screen. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Master Bedroom shares balcony with Living Area. Both have Flat Screen TVs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share balcony.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Havelock area. Reserve your rental property in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
