Full Equipped Gourmet Kitchen has a Dishwasher, Fridge, Microwave, Oven, Coffee Maker, Waffle Maker, and Slow Cooker to offer a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner making options! In-unit Washer/Dryer for your convenience! Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full Private En Suite Bath as well as a Covered Balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed, TV with Roku, Bookcase, Recliner, and Balcony Access. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds, TV with Roku, Desk and Chair, and Balcony Access. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Booking in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Look for your local Havelock visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, visitor guide magazines contain discounts for nearby accommodations and attractions.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are out, just like you would back home.
  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Many rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
