Summer Winds A-302 is a third-floor, oceanfront, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Take in the striking vistas of the ocean from your private balcony! Bedroom #1 with Queen Bed, Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed, Bedroom #3 with 2 Twin Beds.

NOTE: On Units 120, 135, 222, 235, 301, 331 420, 442: Balcony has shoring posts installed until permanent repairs can be made to the fascia. No more than 5 people on the balcony at a time until shoring posts are removed. All units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Booking websites typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
