Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

The G Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool & clubhouse which has a weight room. It's also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!

G-301 Pebble Beach is a Third Floor Studio Apartment. The Living, Dining and Kitchen Area is all in one room. There is a Queen Sleeper Couch in the Living Area. Cathedral Ceiling and sky light makes the condo appear huge and airy! Sizable Covered Balcony, Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has an oven, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker & dishwasher. A Queen Murphy Bed pulls down from the wall. Full Bath. Loft is not accessible High Speed Internet Supplied! High Speed Internet does not mean this home is equipped with Wireless Internet.

Sticking to a budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. Booking in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance.
