Quiet neighborhood directly across the street from the NC Wildlife public boat ramp with spectacular broad playground for kids overlooking the Bogue Sound and extensive docks extending over the Bogue Sound with observation benches for sunset watching. Comfortably accommodates 6 adults/2 kids with 2 Kings, 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed. 3 bedrooms total, two are Master bedrooms with exceptionally comfortable Nectar beds and sturdy bed frames. Two full bathrooms (shower/tub combination) and a sizable walk-in outside enclosed shower with privacy door. Substantial bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and plenty of closet space. Ceiling fans with remote light dimmers and fan speed controls in all bedrooms and living room room. Cozy and comfortable with an open floor plan between Living Room, kitchen and dining room area, double sliding glass doors open to front deck from living room area providing tons of natural light creating a “tree home at the beach” feel. Main level master bedroom with King bed and bathroom in adjacent hallway. Privacy door between kitchen and main level Master bathroom/bathroom can be closed at nighttime for additional privacy. Upstairs Master King and Guest room with 1 Queen and 1 Twin. Upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom. Washer and dryer room downstairs. All bedrooms have a private walk out balcony. Covered and open areas on front porch/deck area with Weber gas grille. Unwind and listen to the sound of the ocean waves in the evenings while cooking dinner on the grille. All front outdoor decks and balconies have a full privacy wall between next-door neighbors. The West Side of the property is occupied by fabulous couple who are full time residents. Kitchen Area has plenty of seating with dining room table with seating for 6 people and Counter Bar with seating for 3. Kitchen is completely equipped for those who savor cooking meals at home. Brand new cutlery set, dinnerware, blender, hand mixer and nonstick pans. All bedrooms have 42” flat screen intelligent TVs with Netflix, Disney Plus and Hulu. Extra enormous 75” flat screen intelligent TV in living room. High-speed WiFi/internet. Separate Game/TV Room/kids play, movie room, etc downstairs with 42” flat screen intelligent TV with Netflix and Disney Plus, Foosball table, upsized Connect Four and couch that folds to a modest twin bed is the ideal place for a fun kids getaway. Private patio area in backyard with huge outdoor couch and outside private walk in shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach! Linen service supplied on WEEKLY stays ONLY and includes 8 bath towels, 8 wash clothes, 2 bath hand towels, 2 kitchen hand towels and 2 kitchen dish towels, sheets, pillowcases and comforters. All linens and towels are laundered/sanitized between each Guests’ stay. For Guests’ stays that DO NOT include linen service, beds include 2 Kings, 1 Queen and 1 Twin; please use King sheets and pillow cases on King beds. Neighborhood is Oceanside, peaceful and tucked away with private neighborhood beach access. Beach chairs, Beach Umbrella, cooler and sand toys are stored in outside storage shed for guest’s use. Owner Golf Cart Available for modest additional weekly fee for painless Access to the Beach, exploring the Neighborhood and visiting close by eateries. **Please Note** Golf Cart rental will be billed as add on fee and guest will be required to sign Low Speed Car Agreement. Close to bicycle paths, numerous superb eateries, ice cream stores, mini golf, movie theatre, Aquarium, modest water park and grocery stores. Visit and discover close by Atlantic Beach, Indian Beach, Pine Knoll shores and Fort Macon.
Minimum 4-nighttime stay in the offseason. Weekly stays only May-September with some exceptions.
OPTIONAL AMENITIES:
• Golf Cart Rental - $50/per full day or $250 per week. If you are interested in renting the golf cart please advise at time of booking so that we can add a payment request for Golf Cart use and have you review and sign the Low Speed Car Agreement
SECURITY:
• The property has a surveillance device on the front exterior of the home. The device monitors the entry of the driveway ONLY for security measure purposes for both owners and guests. The security device is motion detected and all still images are auto deleted after 24 hours. The device does NOT have audio or video surveillance.

How to get the best rental home value:
- Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring months is a great way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
- In the Havelock area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
- Some property managers offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
- Property managers often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.

- If there's a specific Havelock attraction you are crazy about, search for rentals that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Keep the property locked while you are gone! Don't let burglars ruin your family vacation.
- Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
- Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
