Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Nightly units are allowed with a 2-nighttime minimum during the off-season.

NOTE: Balcony has shoring posts installed until fall 2024. No more than 5 people on the balcony at a time until shoring posts are removed.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is by the ocean. • Summertime is the most expensive season in the Havelock area. Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection.
