Summer Winds C-120 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located in Indian Beach, just a short distance from tons of local stores, eateries, attractions, and more!

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Nightly units are allowed with a 2-nighttime minimum during the off-season.

NOTE: Balcony has shoring posts installed until fall 2024. No more than 5 people on the balcony at a time until shoring posts are removed.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

About the Area

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

Finding your best deal:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Indian Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect your property!
  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on great ratings to propel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review.
