Summer Winds A-318 is an Oceanfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Third Floor condo. The Living area has a Flat Screen TV & a covered deck with furnishings. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar with microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a twin bunk set and an additional twin bunk. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a Full Bath.

Conveniences include 4 Cable TVs, DVD player, CD/Stereo. Dishwasher, Microwave, Answering Machine, Washer/Dryer. Covered deck. The Homeowners even provide Videos and Beach Chairs for you to appreciate during your vacation!

Total linens includes 1 king, 1 queen, and 3 twins.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2-nighttime minimum stay, off-season only.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• June, July, and August are high season in Indian Beach. Book your vacation home in the Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
• Booking websites usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.
