You will be taken away by the Ocean Vistas from the min. you enter the unit! Appreciate the Oceanfront Community Pool after playing on the beach all day! Sun Bay #6 is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.

The handsome Sun Room at Sun Bay #6 opens to the Master Bedroom, Living Room, and Deck. Bedroom #1 is a Master Bedroom with King Bed and private ensuite bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and TV. Open Living Area has great Ocean vistas with Deck Access. Very Generous Kitchen is also on this level.

  • Summer is high season in Pine Knoll Shores. To book the most suitable rental home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Havelock attractions.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers.   • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible).
