Sun Bay #6 is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo located in Atlantic Beach. Sun Bay #6 is a 3rd Level Corner Unit, with charming vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from the Master Bedroom and Sun room. You will be taken away by the Ocean Vistas from the min. you enter the unit! Savor the Oceanfront Community Pool after playing on the beach all day! Sun Bay #6 is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.

The handsome Sun Room at Sun Bay #6 opens to the Master Bedroom, Living Room, and Deck. Bedroom #1 is a Master Bedroom with King Bed and private ensuite bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and TV. Open Living Area has great Ocean vistas with Deck Access. Very Substantial Kitchen is also on this level.

Cost saving strategies:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Pine Knoll Shores. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
  • Look for your local Havelock visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guide magazines contain deals for local tours and attractions.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
