Located on the third floor, this condo is effortlessly accessed by elevator and offers a pretty oceanfront view. The roomy living room with a huge flatscreen TV and Blu-ray player provides comfortable seating for everybody. The living room also provides access to a cavernous oceanfront balcony where you can do a little sunbathing!
The generously equipped and modern kitchen with granite countertops makes feeding the family a breeze. You can gather everybody around the dining table with seating for six and appreciate a long-needed family meal together or a morning on the oceanfront balcony with coffee newly brewed from the Keurig. Having four bedrooms and four baths means there is more than enough room for everybody. The enormous primary bedroom offers the luxury of a king bed for a relaxing nighttime's rest.
