Brand New Construction! Savor handsome water vistas from the front porch of our private home overlooking North River. We are 5 mins. from Beaufort waterfront in a peaceful neighborhood. Our two bedroom home welcomes guests of up to five. 1 pet possible with host approval ($100 pet fee per stay). We also own the adjacent 4 bedroom property next door which sleeps up to 11 guests (Hobe's Place). About the Area

Located in Beaufort, this vacation home is on a river. North River Golf Course and Morehead City Yacht Basin are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Arts and Things Gallery and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Mount Maker Charters are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to go & When to book:

  • Reserve your vacation in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.

  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would at home.
  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
