Angled living area surrounds you with 180 degrees of prime Ocean Vistas! Open Oceanfront Deck has a Table, Chairs, an Umbrella and Chaise Lounges! Carolina Sunshine is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet so you can stay connected while on vacation. Take a break from the salty sea and dip into your Private Swimming Pool! This outdoor pool is rather broad, measuring 12x24 and is available to be heated upon request from November - March for an additional $650; if the temp goes below 55° the heat pump will not work.

Ground Level: Covered Parking. 2 Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Showers.

Level One: Substantial Living Area has Cathedral Ceilings and an Open, Wrap-around, Oceanfront Deck. Dining Area faces the ocean and has access to an Open Deck. Galley Kitchen has a Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave and a Dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full-Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds. There is one Full-Bath on this level.

Conveniences include: an Open Deck with a Table, Chairs, an Umbrella, and Chaise Lounges, Covered Parking, 2 Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Showers, Gas Grille, Water Treatment System, Beach Chairs, Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, and Dishwasher.

Appreciate the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • In the Havelock area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local Havelock visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, visitors guides have deals for nearby accommodations and attractions.

  • Do your family pets travel with you? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited.   • Be a good neighbor. Often, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a terrific time? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
