Very private 3 story, 5 bed, 3.5 bath home w/Ocean vistas and simple walk to the beach. The top floor has a king and a queen bedroom with vistas of the ocean, a twin room with vistas of the sound, & 2 full baths. The deck off the third floor offers a great space with ocean vistas to relax in a rocking chair and listen to the sound of the ocean. The bottom floor has 2 more rooms, a queen & another twin room, a full bath, and a comfortable sitting area for extended family and friends. The second floor offers a cozy kitchen/living/porch area for everybody to relax & appreciate the privacy granted from the Live Oaks surrounding the property. Located in a cul-de-sac with walking paths to both the beach & the shopping center/grocery store just across the street. Dogs welcome of any size but please limit to 2 and plan for a nonrefundable pet deposit. Wireless Internet and Intelligent TVs throughout. Washer/dryer. Outdoor shower. Beach chairs, body boards, sand toys, and a wagon available for use.

  • In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Havelock area. Book your rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection.
