Welcome to "Close Enough," your sweet bungalow getaway just over the Emerald Isle bridge, ideally located between the ocean and the sound. Tucked away from the road and located among the trees, this striking home with sandy-colored siding and turquoise shutters invites you in through sliding glass doors into a cavernous, open living area. Choose from the back or front porch to relax, appreciating the salt air and cool breezes. Sip your morning coffee, toast with wine at nighttime, or simply relax in this serene setting.

The bungalow offers three inviting bedrooms, each with a queen bed, making it ideal for friends, family, and guests. Embrace the walkability of this location—take a walk along the sand or appreciate a swim in the sea. Spend your days building sandcastles and your evenings dining at local eateries, or opt for a cookout on the grille while watching the stars. Nearby shopping and activities, such as boating, fishing, ferry cruises, and water slides, ensure countless fun. This is the Crystal Coast vacation you’ve been dreaming of!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
