Pine Knoll Shores is home to this condo. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.
