Cordelia is uniquely located on the "Point" in Emerald Isle, where it features amazing vistas that only the Point has to offer. It's location is charming for fishing, kayaking, shelling and swimming. This area also offers great family outing space for little ones to savor the calmer waters of the coast. Sit on the upper deck at Cordelia or anywhere in the home for that matter and appreciate expansive scenery and sunsets. Cordelia's superb waterfront location provides direct, private beach access right off the back porch. The amenities are countless at this beach home. Two Master Bedroom suites with hottub tubs.
