Spectacular Oceanside Community, walking distanced to beach, stores, eateries and ice cream :) . 3bdr/ 3.5 bath 3 story Townhome. Granite Kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Two private master suites each with private bath and covered deck overlooking pool area. All bedrooms have their own full private bathroom. Third floor Master has King Bed & rollaway bed, Second floor Master has Queen bed, Day bed and Trundle, other Second floor bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed, Queen pullout couch on first floor. Both Master baths have linen closet and dual vanity. Upgraded internet and Wi-Fi throughout. All rooms have hardwired internet ports and Wi-Fi satellites are hard wired for stronger signals. All bedrooms with TVs and Roku. Playground. Three Private patios overlooking pool. Community pool and open air clubhouse. Directly across the street from Beach with Public Beach Access. Sound and Public Boat Ramp and Dock only two blocks way. 1.7 miles from public park/skate park. Usually Saturday to Saturday weekly units during Prime season but we can be flexible based on availability, Partial week units outside of prime season

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
