Sensational Oceanside Community, walking distanced to beach, stores, eateries and ice cream :) . 3bdr/ 3.5 bath 3 story Townhome. Granite Kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Two private master suites each with private bath and covered deck overlooking pool area. All bedrooms have their own full private bathroom. Third floor Master has King Bed & rollaway bed, Second floor Master has Queen bed, Day bed and Trundle, other Second floor bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed, Queen pullout couch on first floor. Both Master baths have linen closet and dual vanity. Upgraded internet and Wi-Fi throughout. All rooms have hardwired internet ports and Wi-Fi satellites are hard wired for stronger signals. All bedrooms with TVs and Roku. Playground. Three Private patios overlooking pool. Community pool and open air clubhouse. Directly across the street from Beach with Public Beach Access. Sound and Public Boat Ramp and Dock only two blocks way. 1.7 miles from public park/skate park. Sticking to a rental budget:
- The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
- June, July, and August are high season in the Havelock area. To find the best value, consider shifting your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Booking websites typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
