Make your next family vacation a memorable one in this delightful, oceanfront condo on the first floor of Dunescape Villas in Atlantic Beach. Imagine yourself basking in the sun around the community's outdoor swimming pool as the kids frolic in the water. Or, follow the walkway to the handsome, white-sand beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, and collect seashells.


This condo features all the amenities of home and all the amenities of a great vacation. Use the elevator and suitcases carts for simple access and be greeted by a comfortable living room that's great for cooling down and watching TV after a sunny day spent on the beach. Allow yourself to be carried away by the beautiful view of the ocean on the screened-in balcony just off the living room.


The entirely equipped kitchen, with all major and modest appliances, makes cooking for the family a breeze. Don’t forget the courtyard has grilles if you're in the mood for burgers or steaks. At mealtime, gather the family around the four-person dining table; if you need additional seating, there are stools at the counter next to the table so everybody can join in on the fun.


When it’s time for lights out, you have three bedrooms waiting to lull you to sleep. After the kids have washed away the beach in the conveniently located hall bath, you can tuck them into the two twin beds. This room also offers the convenience of a private half-bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. As for the primary bedroom, you'll find a king bed, a TV, a private bath with a shower stall, and a private oceanfront balcony. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi throughout the condo, a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer in the front screened entryway, and unlimited local and long distance phone service.

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.   • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
