Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

B-306 Pebble Beach is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Third Floor Almost Oceanfront Condo. (Only 1 building from the ocean.) The Living Area has a Flat Screen TV, Queen Sleeper Couch (linens not supplied) and an ocean view balcony with furnishings. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and an oceanview balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a modest balcony. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds and a modest balcony. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Central Heat & Air. Ceiling fans in every bedroom! High Chair & Port-A-Crib!

No Smoking. No Family Animals.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are supplied with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Linens and Towels Supplied (weekly stays only, linens not included for Queen Sleeper Couch).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Havelock area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
