King Bedroom Suite with full bathroom (tub/shower). Stunning refreshed condo walking distance to beach. Two outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, double tennis courts, clubhouse, and gym. This open floor plan condo is completely equipped. Appreciate al fresco cafe seating that overlooks the pool and clubhouse. Condo was updated in 2020 and includes all new floor, modern bathroom with new tile floor, tub and backsplash, vanity, and fixtures. Flat screen TV in living room (Intelligent TV) and bedroom. Lush king bed in bedroom and queen pull-out couch in living room. Sleeps 4 max. Trails for cycling and running. Just a few mins. to eateries, grocery stores and more!
There is not an elevator and there is a modest flight of stairs before entering the condo.
Please note, this is a condo community so there is occasionally maintenance that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include, but isn't limited to, painting exterior buildings and balconies, lawn care, fixing stairwells, window replacement, etc.
About the Area
Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is near the beach. Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Emerald Isle Woods Park.
