This huge family friendly home is a Stunning 5 bedroom, 4 bath home and has vistas of the ocean. The home has a 14 x 36 private Heated pool exclusively for you and your event. Enormous light filled living area with a open floor plan. Open kitchen with all NEW stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There are two full-size fridges.
One in the kitchen and one located in the ground floor pool room.
The dining area seats 14.
The kitchen has all of the modest appliances, pots and pans, and serving silverware that you will need for a week of visiting.
Just off the dining area is a huge game room with a slate top pool table and the kids favorite, air hockey table.
Down the hall from the living area is the master bedroom with King size bed.
Second floor has a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Just off the living area is the second floor bath with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.
Step out side on the 10 x 40 foot porch with gas grille and rocking chairs.
You can sit on the front porch and watch the ocean and listen the waves crashing.
There’s a private heated inground pool 14 x 36 .(There is a fee for heating the pool.)

There’s a large covered porch to sit and listen to the waves, and feel the ocean breeze.

is professionally cleaned to meet all Covid guidelines.
The owners ensure that all guests have fresh linens, ( beds are made and ready to savor ).
In addition fresh towels are included in all bathrooms, along with starter kits of shampoo, soap and toiletries.
