Ocean Sands 204 is a beautiful oceanfront, studio, 1-bathroom, condo in Atlantic Beach that is just a short walk away from the impressive Crystal Coast beaches!

This condo includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. You will also find a box TV and a flat-panel TV, one of which is equipped with basic cable channels. You will have access to a community beach walkway and many other community amenities to keep the whole family busy throughout the duration of your stay!

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
