You will have access to a community beach walkway and many other community amenities to keep the whole family busy throughout the duration of your stay!

All Ocean Sands units are within walking distance of a variety of eateries, bars, and stores and you will find Emerald Isle, Beaufort, and Morehead City just a short car ride away!

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
