All villas have entirely equipped kitchens, 1-2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washers/dryers and balconies. As the coastal destination resort, The Ocean Club offers every amenities. Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and kids's pool (pools are closed in the off-season), there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.

Ocean Club P-104 is a first-floor, sound front condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It features impressive vistas of the pool and sound. The condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience and there are four flat-panel TVs for your entertainment. Savor the convenience of in-unit laundry so you won't have to travel far to make sure you've got dry beach towels for tomorrow! The completely-equipped kitchen includes an oven, a refrigerator with an attached ice maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as extras like a coffee maker and blender - hello, beachside smoothies!

Total linens includes one king, one queen, and two twins.

Linens and towels supplied (weekly stays only).

Rents weekly only from Sunday to Sunday.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is on the waterfront. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Flatwaters Paddling are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Scuba diving and fishing adventures can be found near the property.

Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the best rental for your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Havelock restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Some property managers offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it.
