Summer Winds C-428 is a Direct Oceanfront Condo! At Summer Winds C-428, from the living area, you have an impressive view of the ocean and can hear the sound of waves crashing against the shore providing ambiance of tranquility and relaxation. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it ideal for both entertaining and intimate family gatherings.
