Come and relax in our 4-bedroom, 2 bath home at the coveted "Point" in Emerald Isle! "Sea Our Point" is waiting to host your family's beach vacation this season. Appreciate expansive vistas of the dunes and beach from both levels of cavernous decks, and you may spot deer and rabbits romping in the broad dunes behind the home.

Two King bedrooms on the second level offer walk-outs to the upper deck and 43" intelligent TVs, and even the upstairs bathroom offers a pretty view of the dunes and beach! On the main level, a Queen room has a 43" intelligent TV and view of the dunes from the bed. An additional bedroom has 2 twin beds, ideal for the kids. Bright and airy decor brings the essence of the beach inside, and you'll savor Spectrum high-speed internet and cable on 4 enormous T.V.s! A cozy, iron spiral staircase to the second floor entices you to pack simply - after all, what would you need besides your swimsuit, shades and flip-flops? Polywood furnishings on the home decks and picnic tables on the dune-deck are ideal for calming in the coastal breeze!

"Sea Our Point" is owned by Don Wright of Midlothian, VA, and managed by longtime friends Ken Dehnel and Helen Ramazio, who live locally in Emerald Isle. We are well-seasoned with short-term units, and ready to assist you as you plan your visit!

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in The Point, a neighborhood in Emerald Isle. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures. The Sweet Spot and MacDaddy's Entertainment Center are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to visit & When to book:

• Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To book the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Havelock restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Leave a review! Property managers rely on good ratings to drive future bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
