The 120-foot water slide is a humongous hit with both kids and adults. Lots of on-site amenities such as the 9 hole miniature golf; playground; cornhole; soccer goals; full court basketball; tennis court; beach volleyball; shuffleboard; outdoor ping pong; outdoor bowling; indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
Interior renovations for January 2024 include the following:
All popcorn ceilings replaced with flat, new crown molding, all walls, ceilings and molding/trim repainted, all bathroom water fixtures replaced with new.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. When to visit Atlantic Beach & When to book:

• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the largest vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
