DESCRIPTION:
As you walk into the entryway you feel instantly at home. While both the formal dining area and living rooms are separate from the kitchen the space still feels open and inviting. The sky high ceilings of the living area offer beautiful light throughout the day while the decor helps keep the feeling comfortable. The kitchen offers upgraded appliances and all of the cookware needed to create your favorite meals. If you include the breakfast nook and dining table seats you will have enough for a group of 12 but there are also seats along the bar.
The primary bedroom is just off the living room and comfortably offers a king bed and private bathroom. The bedroom is filled with light and space and the theme continues into the stately bath… there is a soaking tub, standing shower and a double vanity. Through the bathroom you will find a door to the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Privacy isn’t an issue as the laundry has access from the common area of the home as well.
Heading up the winding staircase to the open balcony type hall you will conveniently find both of the other guest rooms both with Queen beds and private baths.
Down the stairwell from the kitchen area is where all of the fun can happen- there is another guest room with 2 twin beds and private bath as well as a recreation room with 2 twin/twin bunk beds. Also on this level you will be able to access the 2nd refrigerator, garage for the golf cart, and another entrance to the hot tub and grilling area.
The screened in and wrap around porches are purposely furnished with tables and rockers for guest use. They are all comfortably accessible through the many doors throughout the main level of the home. The parking is ample as you have access to a circle driveway as well as one behind the home.
All of your beds are made prior to arrival with newly laundered linens, including the comforters, and are included with a full week’s stay.
The location of this home is within the handsome, private and gated community of Dolphin’s Ridge. The beach access is located at the split of Dolphin Ridge Road and Sandy Court which is where you will be able to leave your cart for a day at the beach. The walk to the beach is roughly less than a 5 min. walk as you are just around the corner from the access.
