Salty Haven is an oceanfront 4-bedroom, 2-bath bungalow, all on one living level. Savor amazing, unobstructed ocean vistas with oceanfront bedrooms and private beach access via your own deck walkway. Salty haven offers an broad, open and covered wrap around oceanfront deck with outdoor furnishings for those that want sun and shade. You can relax on the furnished balcony, watch dolphins as the waves roll in, or take walks on the beach looking for conchs. The open floor plan provides an airy getaway for visitors wanting direct beach access and room to socialize. The laundry area with high efficiency commercial washer and dryer is conveniently located on the first level hallway making it painless to clean or dry clothes after a day on the beach. The entirely equipped gourmet kitchen offers a coffee and wine station. Ground level: Covered parking, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, picnic table, hammock. Level one: The oceanfront living area has direct access to the inviting open and covered deck area through two huge sliding glass doors. Dining area has seating for 6 with additional seating available. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with a sizable refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Bedroom #1 (oceanfront) has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Bedroom #3 (street side) has two twin beds and flat screen TV. Bedroom #4 (street side) has a twin bed, twin bunk set, and flat screen TV. There are 2 shared full baths, one between rooms #1 and #3, and one between rooms #2 and #4. Both baths have showers and the bathroom between rooms #2 and #4 has a deep bathtub/shower. The oceanfront living room has a enormous flat screen TV, two couches and three chairs. Additional amenities: High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the home, multiple USB outlet/chargers in each room, 5 intelligent flat screen TVs, gas grille, toaster oven, coffee maker and wine station, dish washer, hammock, picnic table, well-supplied kitchen, DVD player, WiFi, central air/heat, huge covered and enclosed deck with furnishings, private walkway to beach, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, covered parking, hammock, and commercial washer/dryer. Salty Haven is only a short drive to shopping, Bogue fishing pier, many eateries, and the NC aquarium.
