Currently being refreshed for 2021 Season! Southwinds A6 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor. Unit is oceanfront with vistas of the ocean. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and blender. A washer and dryer are located inside this condo. There is wireless internet, 1 TVs (one in the living room). The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Southwinds does not allow renters to have family pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 nighttime-minimum stay. Please contact for prices on partial weeks. Prices include departure maid service and admin fee. Linens and trip insurance are optional and available for additional costs. Tax is 12.75%.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Havelock attractions.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
