Located at the narrow part of the island, both the sound and oceanfront are only a block away! This remodeled coastal bungalow has an adorable beachy décor featuring fresh amenities: granite countertops, bespoke cabinets, wine racks, hand-scraped hardwoods, and stainless steel appliances. Unwind and feel the fresh coastal breeze from the upsized sun deck, 4 teak rockers, and two NEW TEAK Adirondack chairs. In the cooler seasons, open the two french doors and appreciate the coastal breezes.

No Smoking. Family Animals Stay Free- No Pet Fee for Your Vacation! (2 Dogs Max). Please note that if more than two dogs are found to be staying at the property, guests will need to pay an additional $350 for necessary cleaning, etc.

Oversized private hot/cold outdoor shower is great for rinsing off from the day at the beach.

New Living Room 55' 4K Roku Intelligent TV. Master Bedroom TV is also a 4k Roku Intelligent TV. Bring your modest boat/ water toys and spend the day island hopping or exploring the close by coastal towns, it's a boatload of fun! Access ICW/Bogue sound at high tide at 13th street, just around the block. Park your car and trailer back at the home. Rinse off after a sandy beach day or intercoastal discover in the upsized outdoor shower!


Single-level floor plan with three bedrooms: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed with access to a shared bath. Bedroom #3 has a Twin/Double Bunk set with access to a shared bath.

The kitchen has an upsized french-door refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 4 slice toaster, and dishwasher. Keurig and a Mr. Coffee 12 cup coffee maker.

DOGS ACCEPTED With All-Inclusive Pet Policy (Weekly and Nightly Units Only; Monthly Units Not Supplied); No Additional Pet Fee for 2 Dogs Max. Third dog allowed for additional fee of $350 plus tax. If any dogs in excess of the 2 complimentary dogs + 3rd for added fee max rule are found to be staying at the property, the renter will incur an additional charge of $350 per dog OR renter will be evicted from the property immediately with NO REFUND and may incur additional cleaning charges.
