The soundfront dining room comfortably seats 12 at the additional-huge extended table. A remarkable third floor grandiose primary suite features a king sleigh bed, sitting area with 75” flat screen TV, gas fireplace, cavernous primary bath with sizable walk-in shower and soaking tub plus a private sunroom and balcony for magnificant sunset vistas. Private Guest Bedroom Suites, each with their own ensuite bathroom, also include huge flat screen TV and pillow-top beds – with the ground floor bedroom featuring an outdoor hot/cold shower. All beds made with 5 pillows and No Worries white linens (including comforter), Sand Castle Club bath linens, fluffy bathmats, bathrobes and beach towels. A sizable 40’ screened-in porch just off the pool includes outdoor conversation/reading area, drink area with refrigerator, and just inside is the game room with pool table, wet bar, large 70” flat screen TV, wine cooler and stereo wired to both indoor/outdoor speakers. Money saving strategies:

• Summertime is high season in the Havelock area. Booking in the Spring or Fall is a good way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a terrific source for finding the best local scenic spots.
