A remarkable third floor huge primary suite features a king sleigh bed, sitting area with 75” flat screen TV, gas fireplace, cavernous primary bath with sizable walk-in shower and soaking tub plus a private sunroom and balcony for extraordinary sunset vistas. Private Guest Bedroom Suites, each with their own ensuite bathroom, also include enormous flat screen TV and pillow-top beds – with the ground floor bedroom featuring an outdoor hot/cold shower. All beds made with 5 pillows and No Worries white linens (including comforter), Sand Castle Club bath linens, fluffy bathmats, bathrobes and beach towels. When to book & When to go:

• The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• Summertime is high season in Emerald Isle. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Some property management companies offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.

• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
